When can I expect my order to ship?

Generally, orders take about 3-4 days to process and package and then they are shipped out. If you've placed a large order this processing time may take a little longer but if you ever have any questions about an order you can always shoot us an e-mail.

Do you accept returns/Exchanges?

If ever you receive and order that is not what you purchased or is in any way defective or a mistake on our part we absolutely do. Just e-mail us and we'd be happy to get you sorted out.

How do you pronounce the brand name?

Funny you should ask. Our name is pronounced 'Black Aura'. We even have a shirt that says so! Head to our search page and type in "pronounced" if you want to check it out!
